Responsibilities
Draft high-quality contracts, change orders and associated deliverables
Develop accurate complex budgets for contracts and change orders
Understand contract and basic financial terms
Accountable for the contracts and change order processes and deliverables, working in collaboration with global operational teams as needed
Participate in departmental initiatives, as needed
Assist in training and support of lesser experienced team members
Perform peer reviews and/or QC of less experienced team members
Participate in client meetings, as requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience, preferably in life sciences
Contract and Change Order development experience required
Experience creating and submitting budgets
Knowledge of industry standards relating to change orders and contracts including budgeting, document language, processes for creation and finalization, etc

People management experience preferred
