Mid-Market Account Executive (Full-Cycle)
Tread is building the operating system for construction and material logistics, and they are seeking a full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executive. The role involves owning the entire sales process, generating pipeline through outbound efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle sales from first touch through close: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
Generate your own pipeline consistently through creative outbound across phone, onsites (willingness to travel is a must), email, video, and modern AI-powered tooling
Run sharp, consultative discovery to uncover operational pain, map stakeholders, and drive urgency
Deliver tailored demos and proposals aligned to customer workflows and success criteria
Manage a clean, forecastable pipeline with strong CRM discipline and clear next steps
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Ops to tighten messaging, improve handoffs, and bring field insights back to the roadmap
Qualification
Required
Full-cycle AE experience: 2+ years in a closing role, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment
Proven outbound ability: track record of sourcing and winning deals you created yourself
Curiosity: you ask great questions, learn industries fast, and want to understand how things really work
Coachability: you seek feedback, apply it quickly, and improve week over week
Exceptional work ethic: high activity, high standards, relentless follow-through
Comfort with ambiguity: you like building the plane while flying it
