Senior Product Management Specialist

Responsibilities
Take Ownership: Own the roadmap and lifecycle for one or more core digital products or a set of complex, high-impact business initiatives
Manage Complexity: Break down abstract business goals into actionable technical requirements, navigating increasing business and technical complexity with confidence
Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics (KPIs) for your products and use data analysis to prioritize features and improvements. Also, be ready to dive into user research & testing
Leadership: Act as the primary product lead for a development team & stakeholders
Agile Management: Manage backlogs, roadmaps & planning, and ensure the team has a steady stream of "ready" work
Quality Control: Ensure that the output meets the quality standards expected by our users & stakeholders
Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in internal conversations regarding process improvement. We want you to help us write the playbook, not just follow it
Documentation: Contribute to internal documentation, creating clarity for stakeholders and future team members
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Marketing, Sales & Service to ensure we are working on the right things, at the right time
Mentorship & Learning: Collaborate with your leadership & peers, also passing on knowledge and skills to others who are learning their craft. Demonstrate a learner's attitude by soliciting feedback and constantly upskilling
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of direct experience managing digital products (Web, Mobile, or SaaS)
Comfortable communicating complex concepts to engineers and translating technical constraints to business stakeholders
Proven track record of delivery in an agile environment (managing backlogs, sprints, and standups)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, concise documentation
A self-motivated team player, who is not afraid to ask questions, values team work, and takes a proactive approach in their daily work
