Responsibilities
Complete and maintain applications for Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program
Process PRC documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist patients with PRC application procedures and requirements
Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate PRC staff
Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Obtain and provide information regarding patient billing, charges, payments, and outstanding account balances
Respond to routine inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and personnel
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Support general office operations as needed
Control and assign travel arrangements for patient transport
Maintain accurate trip logs and transportation documentation
Coordinate with transportation providers and track patient travel requirements
