Responsibilities

Support the Manager in hiring and supervising the team through coaching, performance management, and ongoing feedback

Assist with generating and analyzing pricing and contracts reports as necessary for business partners to support decision-making

Review and approve contractual payments

Establish the financial impact on new customer contracts with key stakeholders

Manage pricing adjustment reporting with root cause analysis and financial impacts summary

Identify and resolve pricing issues in a timely manner including Pricing discrepancies with the Disputes & Deductions team

Seek solutions to customer and sales needs, communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience
