Site Leadership Team Coordinator, Scheduling & Feedback

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Site Leadership Team Coordinator, Scheduling & Feedback to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC. In this role, you will support the North American Disaster Relief and Rebuild departments by serving in the daily functions of scheduling, feedback and development of the North American Disaster Relief Site Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Assist with the scheduling efforts for all deployments by gathering availability, tracking assignments, booking travel, and assisting other team members with deployment logistics
Request, review, and communicate feedback from Program Management staff to SLT post-deployment. Continue the development of a consistent evaluation and feedback mechanism
Assist with the scheduling and facilitating regular After-Action Reviews, communicating pertinent information to the Site Leadership Team Manager. Address complaints and resolve problems for volunteers
Provide deployment assistance by updating the weekly stats, submitting PTAs, and processing Travel Compensation requests, as needed
Work with the SLT Manager and Training Team to identify areas of needed training and development
All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelors degree (B.A.) and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Exhibit public speaking and presentation skills
Ability to coach and mentor others
Able to effectively communicate with individuals from a wide range of demographics
Able to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure
Able to work well independently or as part of a team
Fluency in English

Preferred

Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required
