Responsibilities

Architect Our Mission Control: Act as the super-admin for our People tech stack. You will lead the configuration, integration, and automation of our systems to create a flawless, high-velocity operational foundation that supports our rapid growth

Fuel the Employee Experience: Use data and intuition to shape our culture. You will design retention programs and manage engagement surveys to create a stellar experience that makes people excited to come to work

Events & Culture: Plan and execute company events that foster connection and keep morale high, ensuring our team stays connected to the mission and each other

Launch Operations (Onboarding): Own the new hire lifecycle from day one to ensure a smooth launch, ensuring every new crew member is integrated and ready to contribute

The Source of Truth: Centralize our documentation and processes. You will build a transparent knowledge base that allows our team to move at the speed of spaceflight without getting lost in the details
