Responsibilities
Lead the technical design of Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction
Maintain standards of excellence
Drawing documentation
Specifications
Consultant coordination
Construction administration including shop drawings
Submittals
Contractor coordination / direction as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience
Architectural registration required with current license
must be proficient in Revit
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines
Experience putting document packages together
Consultant coordination
Experience directing at least one other team member
Preferred
5-10 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with RECENT Multifamily or hospitality project experience is highly preferred
NCARB registration desired
LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired
High-rise and midrise experience preferred (concrete and wood framed projects)
