Oversee all physical assets of the property
Provide solutions to issues or concerns that may arise on the property
Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents
Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices
Maintain budget and work with 3rd party vendors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing
Management experience
Maintenance and safety certifications
EPA Universal certification required
Customer service focused
Driven individual
Preferred
CPO certification is favorable
