Responsibilities

Be exposed to diverse aspects of the adhesive technology business through rotations, in different business units and divisions
Work on exciting tasks and own projects
Participate in individually tailored learning sessions that ensure your professional development
Receive high level of visibility and guidance from a mentor, subject matter experts and senior leaders throughout the program
You will spend approximately 8 months in each rotation to gain experience in sales and a deep understanding of our exciting products and markets through rotations on our sales teams
Rotations will include, but not be limited to, our Portfolio, Inside Sales, and Account Management teams
Key projects or focus areas are identified for each rotation (examples: customer engagement techniques, go to market strategy)
You will lead and support various aspects of key projects and present to internal and external leadership
Attends customer events
The Sales Track will prepare you to succeed in future roles in our Adhesive organization

Qualification

Technical SalesSales ExperienceLeadership AbilityExcelMicrosoft OfficeCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or similar
Experience in sales preferred
Interest in technical sales with strong orientation towards value-based selling
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Strong use of Excel, PPT, and Microsoft Office products
