Responsibilities
Review and analyze programming systems to support ERP applications
Conduct requirements gathering, software development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Ensure software integration into the ERP system and design new modules to improve efficiency
Demonstrate expertise in Banner ERP and related systems
Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment
Provide consultation on complex integration projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Banner applications
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
Develop and maintain software solutions using C, Java, PL/SQL, and APIs
Participate in the full software development life cycle
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, particularly in Higher Education and Banner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Banner technologies
Strong expertise in C, Java, PL/SQL, and API development, with a focus on Oracle
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
