Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full accounting function, including AP, AR, payroll, GL, and financial reporting
Oversee month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards
Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and variance reporting
Partner with executives to provide financial insights for strategic planning
Lead annual audits, tax preparation support, and compliance requirements
Oversee system improvements, process optimization, and automation initiatives
Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Review multi-entity consolidations and support ad-hoc financial analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations
Proficiency with major ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Demonstrated experience improving processes and scaling accounting operations
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
