Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end terminal and pipeline operations, including nominations, scheduling, volume reconciliation, and documentation
Interface with terminals, pipeline operators, inspection companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution
Provide coverage across desks during team absences, maintaining continuity and operational integrity
Monitor and report operational risks, delays, and discrepancies, escalating as needed
Maintain accurate records in trade capture systems to reflect physical movements and contribute to process improvements
Collaborate with traders, schedulers and commercial teams to align logistics with business objectives
Provide cost estimation,(inspection, freight, freight differentials, all shipping related costs and demurrage etc.)
Analyse and confirm commodity invoices and all service related invoices (inspection, freight etc.)
Storage management of inventory for daily and month end requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in crude oil operations, preferably in a trading environment
Strong understanding of U.S. pipeline infrastructure and terminal operations
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency and Experience in trade capture systems and Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
