Responsibilities
Single POC for contract performance
Leads team project execution
Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts
Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality). Responsible for weekly/monthly financial reporting
Manage contract to budget and level of effort (if applicable)
Ensures deliverables are built to meet functional, performance, and security requirements
Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts
Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks
Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Program Management
Project Management Professional Certification (desired)
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (FSP preferred or commitment to obtain)
Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with collaborative project management tools
Managing global dispersed teams
Preferred
Briefing and meeting with senior level management
Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics
