Responsibilities

Design and implement test automation frameworks for multi-system projects
Perform card-level testing, test case planning, and optimize test efficiencies
Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure seamless integration testing
Contribute to test community forums, sharing best practices and leveraging AI-driven solutions for test expansion and effectiveness
Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and best practices
Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities
Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques
Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation
Manages project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively

Required

Strong automation mindset with proven experience in test automation development
Hands-on experience with Ruby/Cucumber and other automation tools
Proficiency in API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Experience with Kafka validation and automation
Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and dependency coordination
Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree
Experience: Two or more years of analysis and technology experience
Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Proven ability to tackle moderately sophisticated business and development problems
Ability to thrive in a team environment

Preferred

Working knowledge of defect tracking tool/s
Experience with CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines
Familiarity with AI-based testing approaches for efficiency and coverage
