Responsibilities
Support and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP endpoints
Perform basic telephone station troubleshooting
Provide voicemail system support
Support analog lines and related infrastructure
Install and replace voice-related equipment
Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure staff
Maintain and repair voice systems
Document and communicate with IT team
Qualification
Required
Experience with enterprise VoIP systems
Knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure
Experience in MDF/IDF environments
Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot devices
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Mitel VoIP systems
Field site work experience
Good documentation habits
