Required

J.D. degree, or in limited circumstances an equivalent international degree
Membership in good standing of the California Bar (by start date)

Preferred

Experience with clinical legal education
Excellent research, writing, and lawyering skills
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Career intention to practice in public interest, public sector, or clinical education setting
Experience working within marginalized and subordinated communities, alongside clients and other stakeholders
Ability to develop and manage client matters, cases, projects and transactions independently
Experience supervising students, junior associates, paralegals, or law clerks
Excellent student evaluations as primary instructor of a law course at an accredited university
Expertise in one or more substantive areas of the specific clinic seeking a lecturer
