Responsibilities

Take good care of our members

Proactively and professionally acknowledging anyone who enters the branch

Balance your checks and cash drawer

Accurately process routine member account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, wire transfers, official checks, gift cards, cash advances, etc

Research and resolve member inquiries on issues related to their accounts

Conduct research on member accounts

Cross-sell products and services that would benefit our members

Properly track products and services referred or sold

Maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges

Qualification

Required

Candidates with a minimum of 12 months in the retail and/or service industry or 6 months in a financial institution, working in a branch environment

Must have basic computer skills

Strong listening, verbal communication, time management and organizational skills required

Able to maintain the confidentiality of member information

Preferred

Accurate cash handling and proactive sales preferred

Ability to actively cross-sell products & services preferred
