Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of complex proposal requests researching, writing, editing, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements

Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams across all levels and locations to gather insights and craft tailored responses

Develop and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and communications to keep everything on track and aligned

Mentor proposal team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth

Maintain deep knowledge of our business, services, and industry trends to ensure proposals reflect our evolving strengths

Support the creation and maintenance of proposal templates, content libraries, and tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, and proposal management software

Required

Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience

Ability to prioritize and communicate resource needs effectively

Impeccable attention to detail and quality

Versatile communication style that resonates across all levels

Mastery of grammar, style, and formatting, with familiarity in writing guides and proposal standards
