Responsibilities

Coordinate with industry partners, such as exchanges, brokers, and service providers, to deploy trading strategies across various target markets
Identify potential risks both within the organization and from external sources, and take proactive measures to minimize their impact
Provide regular updates and reports to the team, ensuring that business objectives are met and projects are progressing as planned
Collaborate with technical teams to streamline operations, focusing on automating processes and improving system performance

Required

Bachelor or Master's degree in math/finance/computer science/business administration or related fields
Familiarity with US market dynamics and trading systems, with a focus on equities, derivatives, or similar asset classes
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex data and contribute to actionable insights
Effective communicator with the ability to engage with diverse teams and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner
Self-motivated, with a desire to take on challenges and implement creative solutions in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working across multiple projects, shifting priorities as needed to meet evolving business demands
Experience using data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel to support business decision-making and process optimization
