Advising on a broad range of U.S. immigration matters
Keeping abreast of changes in immigration law
Creating and updating written content such as news alerts, templates, memoranda, etc
Qualification
Required
Must have 5+ years of experience with high-volume business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, L-1 Blanket, TN, and immigrant petition filings
Experience with PERM, adjustment of status and family-based immigration a plus
