Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control)
Management of project schedules and budgets
Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions
Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates
Qualification
Required
two (2) to ten (10) years of land development and/or public works experience
BSCE or the equivalent of five (5) years of total work experience
Independent thought and decision-making abilities
management and supervisory skills
establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel and in-house professional peers
Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control)
Management of project schedules and budgets
Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions
Municipal streets experience
Drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers experience
ADA-compliant sidewalks experience
Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates experience
AutoCAD/Civil 3D Or CAD Experience
extensive experience in public works infrastructure projects
good driving record
