Marketing & Events Assistant
NEOGOV is seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant for the City of Holland's Parks and Recreation Department. This role involves marketing and facilitating community events, while also developing innovative ideas to promote and grow the department.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and implement marketing campaigns for various events and programs
Collaborate with administrative staff to facilitate both large and small events to the City of Holland
Provide on-site content at programs and events for social media accounts
Attending community events for on-site marketing activations
Coordinate and run on-site supervision for a variety of events
Recruit sponsorships for the organization through a variety of methods
Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees and the public
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Preferred
Some marketing and graphic design experience preferred
