Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival
Direct individuals to their appropriate destinations
Utilize the visitor check-in system as needed
Provide support and assistance in the absence of the supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills necessary for daily operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service abilities
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated customer service experience and professional phone etiquette
Preferred
Experience in hospitality is preferred
Bilingual skills are preferred
