Papé Group is a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, and they are seeking a Service Writer to join their team in Quincy, WA. In this role, you will ensure the efficient opening, maintenance, and closing of service department work orders while providing an excellent experience for customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed in the most efficient way possible

Oversee service and warranty work orders

Assist in shop workflow

Check in equipment for repairs

Assist customers

Required

Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs
