Qualification
Required
Supervisory skills with experience in team leadership and collaboration
Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish
Proficiency in Operations Management and ensuring efficiency in logistics processes
Expertise in Inventory Control and Warehouse Management to maintain accuracy and organization
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Familiarity with safety practices and compliance in warehouse and transportation operations
Prior experience in dispatch or logistics operations management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus but not required
