Responsibilities
Conduct online onboarding and training sessions for platform merchant partners
Drive usage and success across both producing and non-producing accounts
Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through consistent communication to drive platform adoption
Monitor operational performance to ensure partner expectations and company goals are met
Coordinate and manage operational, technical, and project-related tasks to ensure timely and successful execution
Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day coordination and operational management
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead training sessions
Strong technical skills and comfort working with platforms, tools, and systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with external partners, clients, or accounts preferred
Proficient in Google Suite; Salesforce experience preferred
Experience in operations, onboarding, customer success, or account support is a plus
