Responsibilities

Install and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers

Install and maintain VMware infrastructure

Monitor Windows and VMware servers for resource, system, and hardware problems

Work independently with minimal guidance on complex issues and projects. Provide Windows server support to internal application owners

Work on a team to see projects to completion

Participate in a rotating on-call 24/7 schedule to support critical systems

Qualification

Required

Minimum 8 years of system engineering experience

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communications skills

Experience in mentoring junior team members

Able to independently write and maintain code to automate processes
