They are seeking a Production Machine Operator who will ensure efficiency, operational conformance, and product quality while working as part of a team responsible for producing quality products.

Responsibilities
Performs all assigned activities & job tasks within production line or area
Adhere to personal safety practices & operate equipment in a safe & efficient manner
Able to assess equipment operating reliability & perform routine preventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments & malfunction troubleshooting
High degree of ownership for product quality, performs all standard quality checks and other quality-related duties
Performs QC tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, CCP and OPRP checks as required
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to the root cause level
Able to operate a computer and utilize the basic standard desktop systems
Loading packaging material, clearing jams, resetting faults, changeovers, product quality checks report issues, and maintaining area GMP’s
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and/or schedules
This job requires strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to support site objectives
Able to operate a computer and utilize the basic standard desktop systems
Standing on a concrete floor
Wearing proper personal protective equipment (hair net, bump cap, ear plugs, safety shoes, and uniform)
Bending, stooping, twisting, turn, standing for extended periods, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Forklift assignments require OSHA certification and getting on and off frequently
Preferred
2+ years of manufacturing experience operating various packaging & processing machines preferred
Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus
Prior experience in similar high-speed production environment is a plus
