Develop and execute a TikTok-first content strategy aligned with brand goals

Identify emerging TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and challenges in real time

Adapt trends quickly into original, on-brand content

Understand and optimize content for TikTok’s algorithm (hooks, watch time, retention, posting cadence)

Manage TikTok content calendar and posting schedule

Analyze performance metrics and refine strategy accordingly

Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality TikTok videos

Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs optimized for TikTok

Test new content formats, storytelling styles, and creative concepts

Collaborate with marketing, brand, and influencer teams when needed

Repurpose TikTok content for other short-form platforms (optional)
