Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to oversee and enhance organizational processes
Experience in P&L Management to track and enhance financial and performance metrics
Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Proficiency in Project Management to guide cross-functional teams, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of objectives
Exceptional leadership abilities, adaptability in a hybrid work setting, and excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
