Responsibilities

Supporting Web-based learning systems, IT projects, and coordinating marketing training programs
Producing, updating, and providing best practice support using Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems
Creating and maintaining a local document management system for the department
Preparing moderately complex documents using various office applications and gathering/summarizing data for reports
Designing your own monthly schedule and assigning tasks to others, ensuring high-priority workflow is maintained
Managing facility logistics, equipment, and training aids for efficient training operations
Interacting with external business partners and handling proprietary or confidential information
Maintaining data in multiple systems and supporting Learning Management System administration at the channel partner level
Building effective relationships within the internal client organization and supporting high quality professional services
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards
Producing accurate reports from various standard sources for departmental use
Continually developing your capabilities through assessment, training, and industry best practice education

Required

Experience in training administration, program coordination, or marketing support

Comfortable designing schedules and managing workflows for teams and high-priority tasks
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology and operational protocols
Strong drive for professional development and continuous learning
