Responsibilities

Process all stock sales and respond to shareholder inquiries

Assist with annual stock offering programs

Maintain accurate shareholder records

Provide reporting to internal partners and audits

Prepare and post journal entries and prepare reconciliations

Serve in annual report preparation and annual meeting execution tasks

Administer user access within the bank systems, implementation of new services, and assist with updating bank signors

Support cross-functional projects and enterprise initiatives

Qualification

Treasury workstation experienceBachelor’s degree in FinanceMicrosoft Suite proficiencyDocuSign proficiencyMulti-taskAttention to detailMature communication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree (Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred)

2-4 years of work experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)

Mature written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

Preferred

Proficiency With DocuSign Or Other IAM Platform

Treasury workstation experience, GTreasury preferred
