Responsibilities
Act as the point person on complex high exposure litigation matters involving general liability, personal injury, defamation, construction, sexual assault/abuse, and insurance coverage claims
Provide effective and efficient litigation services to clients, consistent with the needs of the case, while preparing cases to potentially proceed to trial
Receive hands-on training and experience handling all aspects of litigation (discovery, depositions, court hearings, etc.) immediately once they start
Get early opportunities in their career to go to trial
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of litigation experience, including written discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, conducting and defending depositions, and court appearances
Trial experience is a plus
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
California Bar license
Preferred
On-site work preferred, but will consider hybrid/remote arrangements for experienced insurance defense candidates
