ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSA)
Black Star Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (CSA) to join their Arizona-based team. The role involves bridging business needs and technical solutions while driving the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions
Map and optimize ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB processes
Develop user stories, workflows, and process documentation
Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement solutions
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution
Provide end-user training and support for ServiceNow features
Recommend continuous improvements to processes and ServiceNow functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a ServiceNow Business Analyst; 3+ years on ServiceNow implementations and process automation
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
Strong business analysis, process mapping, and solution design skills
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks in ServiceNow environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management
Familiarity with advanced ServiceNow features: Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics
Experience in data migration, cloud integrations (AWS, Azure), and large enterprise environments
Healthcare industry experience (plus)
