Sunbelt Healthcare is a therapist-friendly organization that offers outpatient Behavioral Health services throughout Arizona. They are seeking an Independently Licensed Counselor to provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy while managing client-related paperwork and collaborating with an integrated treatment team.

Responsibilities

Completing initial and ongoing assessments of client's assigned to your panel

Providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling

Maintaining client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)

Evaluating physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the client

Referring members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health

Maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPPA requirements

Assessing for risk of harm to self and others and providing evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune Behavioral Health's values

Conducting reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other BHP requirements of associate level staff
