Responsibilities
Lead and manage bridge and horizontal structural engineering projects from design through construction
Drive business development and establish market presence with county and state clients
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing needs
Hire, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for engineering staff
Contribute to proposal development and technical solutions
Serve as a technical expert and resource for project managers and engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an accredited program
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of structural engineering experience, specifically in bridge/horizontal structures
Proven project management and business development experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience with local/state government clients
Supervisory experience managing engineering teams
