Required

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment database management
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance related to hiring practices
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
