Responsibilities

Assists with forecasting, tracking, and reporting key activities using existing systems

Assists with issues management coordination, response development, and real time tracking of deliverables with urgent deadlines

Support management of team information on SharePoint and MS Teams

Support preparing responses to inquiries from diverse internal and external audiences, including working with subject matter experts and DNPAO leadership to provide timely responses to a variety of requests

Assists in developing PowerPoint slides and facts sheets

Assists with writing issue briefs on key topics and initiatives supported by DNPAO

Assists with translating scientific information into plain language
