Cirrus Aircraft is seeking an experienced Director of Avionics & Electrical Engineering to lead a team of 70+ engineers specializing in avionics, software, electrical systems, and Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS). This leader will oversee the design, development, integration, and installation of aircraft systems in compliance with FAA Part 23 regulations, providing strategic vision and technical oversight across avionics and electrical disciplines.

Required

Ability to oversee design, development, integration, and installation of aircraft systems in compliance with FAA Part 23 regulations
Experience in managing organizational strategy
Experience in developing engineering standards
