Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for document management solutions
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify opportunities and inform product direction
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and ensure successful product adoption
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communications and updates
Partner with the Bank’s Records Management team to ensure alignment
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement
Analyze user feedback, usage data, and operational metrics to drive product enhancements
Oversee the business relationship with our third party providers
Stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices in document management

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with document management or enterprise content management solutions
Strong understanding of document management systems, workflow automation, and data security
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics and reporting tools
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, information security)

Preferred

MBA or equivalent an asset
Experience working in financial services or regulated industries preferred
