Convert team-provided leads into clients and closed sales through consistent follow-up and expert consultation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM and internal systems
Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction
Provide expert advice on offers, pricing, and market strategy for both buyers and sellers
Use PLACE Technology to manage transaction details, deadlines, and follow-ups
Attend weekly coaching calls and team meetings to stay sharp and connected
Collaborate with fellow agents and leadership to maintain a high-performing culture
Qualification
Required
Active Colorado real estate license
Proven success converting leads provided by a team or brokerage
Comfortable and consistent working in a CRM to manage follow-ups and pipeline
Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability
Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals and systems
Organized, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to serve clients
Reliable transportation for in-person appointments and showings
Preferred
Previous experience working as part of a real estate team is strongly preferred
