Start in 2026 SummerWilton Re is seeking an Actuarial Intern for their Liability Modeling team in Norwalk, CT for the Summer of 2026. The internship offers an opportunity to gain professional experience, assist with liability modeling tasks, and connect with company culture through community outreach and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Assist the liability modeling team with AXIS model runs and ALFA model runs
Help with liability reconciliation work for the AXIS conversion
Get familiar with AXIS model updates and investigation
Perform ALFA and AXIS model runs as needed
Assist with the model result comparison and investigation
Qualification
Required
Rising junior or senior
Attending a 4-year university, pursuing a bachelor's level degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline
Strong technical skills with Excel knowledge
Ability to work full time beginning of June to mid-August
Authorization to work in the U.S
Adaptable and positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Continuous growth mindset
Collaborative and innovative
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
Familiarity with Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Access)
