Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and document current business processes

Use process mapping tools to create clear, accurate visual representations of workflows and processes

Develop and maintain standardized process documentation, including flowcharts, procedures, and policies

Identify areas of inefficiency or risk in existing processes and propose improvement opportunities

Facilitate process design sessions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions, standardize workflows, and align them with business goals

Recommend and implement process enhancements that support scalability, compliance, and efficiency

Evaluate existing systems, tools, and workflows to ensure they align with the organization’s process needs and strategic goals

Collaborate with IT/Engineering and other departments to ensure process changes integrate seamlessly with existing systems or support the implementation of new systems

Act as a liaison between business users and IT/Engineering for system modifications, troubleshooting, and solution testing

Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

Develop and maintain process performance metrics and reporting mechanisms

Prepare reports and presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making

Assist in creating communication plans and training materials for process changes and improvements

Work with stakeholders to facilitate change management initiatives and support a smooth transition to improved processes

Required

A process analyst with 2-4 years of experience and a proven record of improving organizational effectiveness through process mapping, documenting procedures and practices, and data reporting and analysis

Enthusiastic, adaptable, quick-thinking, resourceful, and obsessive about improving processes

A connector, someone who collaborates effectively with diverse teams

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and business process modeling techniques
