Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, private equity firms, lenders, and strategic partners
Represent Bankers Edge Advisory at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to elevate brand visibility and source new opportunities
Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to expand the client base and deepen market coverage
Serve as the primary point of contact during early advisory discussions, collaborating with the execution team to shape tailored capital markets solutions
Communicate BEA’s value proposition, market insights, and advisory process with clarity and confidence
Create and refine marketing collateral to support outreach, prospect engagement, and relationship development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years in a business development, sales, or client facing roles within banking, private credit or the broader institutional financial advisory ecosystem. Credit and/or Equity underwriting experience a plus
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex transactions
Strong network of industry contacts with ability to cultivate new relationships
Deep relationships and established network across the lower middle market ecosystem
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
