This role involves mentoring team members, serving as a point of contact for consumer needs, and supporting the Residential Supervisor in daily operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Functions as mentor to ensure that all team members are supporting consumer participants within a person-centered approach

Serves as the point of contact regarding all consumers’ individual needs in the program environment when the supervisor is not available

Supports the Residential Supervisor in the implementation of all regulatory standards that meet the rights of the individuals supported by assisting in the daily operations within the program

Required

Bachelor's Degree in mental health, psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university OR a combination of 1+ years of college and at least 4 years of related work/life experience in direct care OR a high school diploma or GED and at least 4 years of related work/life experience in direct care

At least 1 year experience in a mental health group home setting

Proven leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including working with individuals with mental illness

Intermediate computer skills including the ability to complete documentation in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Knowledge of state/local regulations
