The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory.

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and company objectives

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with prospective and existing clients

Attending client-sponsored events, tradeshows, and other networking events

Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service support

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic sales decisions

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale within company guidelines

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment

Report on sales performance, market insights, and account activity using CRM tools
