Required

4 to 7 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions
The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems
Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required
Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California
