Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operation of a branch office including planning, directing, deposit and lending goal achievement, organizing and managing day-to-day operational and employee activities

As the face of the credit union, responsible for driving positive brand advancement, and supporting branch growth through outside business development activities and community involvement

Requires ability to create strong engagement with reporting employees and to drive positive brand awareness within the community
