Responsibilities

Develops overall community vision, leads the community team, and mentors junior staff

Oversees forums, social media, and live events; sets guidelines and moderates discussions

Works with Marketing, Product, and PR to integrate Community feedback and goals

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and automated workflows to ensure scalable community operations

Tracks key metrics (sentiment, growth, participation) and reports trends to stakeholders

Manages newsletters, announcements, and FAQs

Identify and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and high-value community members

Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, including virtual webinars, in-person meetups, and hybrid summits

Guide the creation of engaging multimedia content (videos, WhatsAPP, and polls) that drives daily participation

Required

Bachelor's degree in communication, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field

Typically 3-5 years of professional experience in community organization, public relations, or nonprofit management

Exceptional public speaking, conflict resolution, and de-escalation abilities

Experience with CRM Software (e.g salesforce), social media platforms, and data visualization tools

Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations; bilingual in English and Spanish
